Scientists at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA have been testing a new method for moving medicines around the body.
A capsule holding the medicine and a tiny magnet is placed into the body, and another magnet on the outside is used to guide the pill around the body and hold it in place using a computer controlled system.
This means that doctors can move the pill around and find the best place where the medicine is absorbed in the body the most.
