The information we would store includes your contact details (such as name, postal address and email address) together with any other information that you may provide to us (in order for Halton Borough Council to direct you query or enter into further correspondence following your initial request for information). Please note that if you submit a third party's details to us then ensure that you have that third party's permission to do so.

To whom will we disclose personal information?
We will only share personal information about you with third parties who are directly involved in dealing with your enquiry or where we are legally required to do so.

Web traffic analysis
Our website also records other non-personal information for the purposes of analysing web traffic, for example the time and duration of each visit, the browser and operating system used and the IP Address of each visitor. This information is anonymous, and is stored on our web server for statistical analysis only.
